This new update is horrible. It has doubled the time it takes for us to process and print orders, as Shipstation added extra steps to just about everything. The Split feature has been broken for going on a week now, and when you contact customer service via chat, there are 50+ other people ahead of you. Ratings on the Shopify App store for Shipstation have plummeted- all because of this update. This update is not better, so I propose that you revert everyone back to the original version (or at least people who contact you with major issues that are negatively affecting their business) and don't force the migration/update until these bugs are fixed- and there are tons of them.
