We've noticed that after Updating Stores in ShipStation, that a screen pops up saying that it's imported new orders and to reload to refresh the grid. I'm often multi-tasking and don't make it back to the SS screen in time to click it.
It used to show the updated quantity of orders on the left side panel automatically, but now you have no way of immediately seeing if any new orders are pending without clicking on Awaiting Shipment or refreshing the page.
