I've connected Clickfunnels 2.0 to Shipstation. Orders flow nicely from CD to Shipstation. When postage is printed, SS is supposed to trigger the order as being fulfilled on CF. But it doesn't happen. I can get no help from support on either platform. They blame each other without suggesting a fix. Has anyone here had that problem and been able to figure out a solution? Please advise. Thanks

Hi there—thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry for the frustration. Clickfunnels is a third-party company that isn’t directly affiliated with ShipStation. It looks like they’ve built a custom integration using our API to connect their platform with ours. This is relatively common, but in most cases, support needs to come from a third party, as our ability to troubleshoot is limited.
I’d recommend contacting Clickfunnels directly. Since your orders are flowing, this confirms that your API credentials are valid and that they’re successfully sending order data into ShipStation. The issue may be on their side, related to how they make calls to retrieve tracking data, as their system must initiate this process. Because the orders are coming through a “manual” ShipStation store, there isn’t a traditional selling channel connection that allows ShipStation to automatically send tracking updates back via the “Notify Marketplace” function.
