I have several shopify accounts connected to my shipstation. I am trying to connect another one and it simply won't let me. It acts like I am connecting, but then never actually appears as connect or even that it exists. I've removed a shopify store thinking that maybe I'd hit a limit as to how many shopifys I could connect but that didn't solve the issue. I am doing this the same exact way I've done all my other ones.

What's the point of a setting up a support "community" if the fixes to these issues aren't posted here?

I'm having the EXACT same issue. I've contacted support and thus far they've been completely useless. Shipstation points at Shopify, and Shopify points at Shipstation. Neither side seems to want to take ownership of the issue. Meanwhile I'm without a way to ship orders.

Hello @FlexShip!
First, welcome to the Community—we’re so glad you’re here! This space is an excellent resource for finding answers, sharing feedback, and suggesting new product features. We hope you find it helpful and inspiring.
I noticed you contacted our support team under ticket #8358993 and have already been working with them on this issue. In the meantime, I wanted to share a tip that helped another user experiencing something similar.
If you check out the Shopify Integration Guide, Step #5 highlights the importance of using a specific Shopify URL format—it may be worth reviewing to ensure everything is set up correctly. If you are still seeing this ongoing issue, don't hesitate to contact support again to see if you can go through more troubleshooting.
Happy Shipping!
