Hello, new Shipstation user here (1 week in).
I'm experiencing intermittent success with importing ECWID orders into ShipStation. Most times there are no orders in ShipStation yet there are 5 in ECWID that are awaiting processing.
Then randomly try again the next day, refresh/update and some or all orders are present.
Orders shipped via ShipStation persist in ShipStation in the Shipped area (they do not disappear)
Automatic sync. There is an error thrown when updating relating to any order that has no Ship City, but that is expected as it is a click and collect.
