Hey, we are transitioning over from Using Multiorders to Shipstation for our stock management solution for our online stores and our physical location dispatches. Going through the ship-station university no lesson covers the issue we are having.
Our Shopify store is fully linked with Shipstation. We are fully able to see orders that are coming through with our online store. We have imported all our products over with a CSV file and with that their current stock levels at that time. Being linked with Shopify, i would assume that when a sale is made with Shopify, the quantity left available should change accordingly. However for us the stock quantities have not changed since the initial CSV file integration, and we have sold products physically through our retail store (shopify integrated), and online. The quantities are still of the initial level when imported. We have made sure that the products have the "do not track inventory" option selected. We also have the new inventory sync addon to try and assist but that hasn't helped.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks

Hello @SnuffleandSwim!
Thank you for your post on the community. Your stock should be reduced in Shopify when products are sold, those changes should be reflected in ShipStation, assuming everything is functioning properly. Since I am not in support, I have reached out to the support team to ask them to have seasoned agents reach out to you to work through some troubleshooting steps with you.
Thank you for your patience!
