Shopify Does Not Sync with Inventory Sync

Hello ShipStation Community,

We are having trouble with the inventory-sync add on. This feature does not work properly for our Shopify selling channel. This is interfering with daily shipping operations as the cx. is able to freely purchase items which are clearly out of stock and marked as such on our BigCommerce front. Note that this issue does not persist on the BigCommerce end - we have two selling channels, it is only Shopify that does not sync properly with active inventory notated in ShipStation Products.

We need to resolve this issue as soon as possible without the need to worry about manually updating the inventory on the Shopify side. We are looking to seek a resolution from the community, as proposed by ShipStation support.
