Howdy howdy,
The ability to choose which date on an imported order is used as the Order Date field in ShipStation would be very helpful.
We use BrightPearl for our order processing, and ShipStation uses the date the order is created in BrightPearl as the Order Date field.
The issue is that we sell to wholesale clients that place their orders seasons ahead of time, with a scheduled future delivery date. With ShipStation using the day the order is created in BP as Order Date, when the Sales team makes Goods Out Notes and pushes those orders to ShipStation, they come through with really high Age's because of this. This makes the Age field effectively useless in planning fulfillment priority. In reality it's when the Goods Out Note is created in BP and the order is sent to ShipStation that should be used for Order Date and determining Age.
Our Sales team is having to manually communicate the priority list to us via Slack or email, rather than just push orders to ShipStation in the order they should be fulfilled.
Sincerely,
Konnor

We need added as a feature as well. ShipStation will not update the order date even if it is modified in Woo. We need the ability to manually change the order dates in ShipStation or otherwise find a way for the sync to update this field.

Hello @konnorkuhlmann!
Thank you for supporting this feature request in the community! While this feature isnโt currently on our roadmap, our development team is aware of it for possible future consideration.
Happy Shipping!
