Notify Marketplace for NetSuite not working...

Hello,

New to Ship Station and my orders are not synching back with our Netsuite. Yes, I have Notify Marketplace set up as well as have hit the 'Notify' button countless times. Why would it not be synching. I cannot find any troubleshooting help.
