Order Quantity Customization from different stores

On our wholesale website our pricing is per unit. There are 12 units in a box. We want shipstation to have a feature that allows us to make:  12 units on wholesale = Quantity 1 in shipstation.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you’re looking to automate based on using a box instead of a bag. This can be set up with automation rules, for example:

If quantity ≤ 12 → set dimensions for 1 box

If quantity > 12 and ≤ 24 → set dimensions for 2 boxes
