Red Exclamation in Pressero store status

Does anyone use ShipStation integrated with Pressero? It has been working fine, but I needed to add a second link into Pressero so I could automate setting third party shipping information. Now I have two stores with a red exclamation point under Status. I looked through the help documentation but do not see that condition listed. I sent in a ticket but have not yet heard back.

Oddly, even though they both have the red exclamation point, the connections appear to be working. Now what do I do?
