My best guess is that ShipStation is somehow partnered with that Shipping Plus app, therefore making us spend more money to use an additional product to do what should be native in the software.This is not cool and not the way to keep customers happy...

That is exactly the problem! If the order comes into ShipStation as one our driver will deliver, I need my shipping clerk to know that! Having him mark that it "was shipped" as "other" means there's still a manual step to this process of TELLING him....

We need this same thing as we often charge a service fee per box. When there are multiple boxes, we need to go through each individual shipment. It's a major pain.
