Shipment Addresses not importing and cannot be manually added 12/22-12/25

Hi there--

All of my eBay orders from December 22-December 25th are missing their shipping addresses. If I attempt to update them manually, they don't save. Orders from December 27th and today are behaving normally.

I've attempted reloading, updating the stores and reloading. The same persists on other computers and mobile. 

Any ideas?
