Shipstation stripping formatting from imported text?

Quick question — has anyone noticed shipstation messing up simple text formatting when pasting in data from external tools? I sometimes prep small text snippets using a word helper I’ve been using , but when I drop them into shipstation (order notes or automation), the spacing or line breaks get altered.

Is this a known issue, or is there something specific shipstation doesn’t like in pasted text?
