Hello,
Today TikTok sent out an official notice stating that starting January 1, 2026, they will no longer accept USPS labels purchased outside of TikTok Shipping.
This means that under the Seller Shipping option, if USPS is selected as the carrier, the shipment will fail and the seller will receive an error.
I would like to understand how ShipStation plans to handle this change.

Hello Seller,
TikTok Shop is updating the fulfillment process for sellers that ship orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Starting January 2026, TikTok Shop will require all USPS shipping labels to be purchased and printed through the TikTok Shipping service. This means Seller shipping will no longer accept USPS labels that were not printed through the TikTok Shipping service.
After January 2026, sellers who use USPS labels not created correctly, will receive an alert that the label has failed verification and be redirected to TikTok Shipping.
If you wish to continue working directly with your logistics service providers, you will need to choose carriers other than USPS.
How to Prepare

If you use services such as Shopify, ShipStation, AfterShip, or other shipping software, please contact tts.partner.product@tiktok.com to inquire about the ERP docking solution.
If you encounter any issues during the switching process, please reach out to Seller Support or your Account Manager.
