I'm having an error about XML commutication with Cin7. The error is as follows:
An error occurred attempting to update orders: Invalid XML. Error: 'The ';' character, hexadecimal value 0x3B, cannot be included in a name. Line 6, position 837.' We received: '

From what I understand, there is a ; somewhere in Cin7, our ERP, that shouldn't be there. I've looked in recent orders and can not find any semi-colons. I have found other error codes like this one but the line and position are diffrent and the places they tell me to look are already blank. Any help to start shipping again would be greatly appreciated.

This has been solved. It turned out to be an error on Cin7's part which they should be fixing soon. The temperary solution is to add a date into Cin7 in the delivery date (ETD) field and that lets ShipStation take in the XML. Thanks for your time.
