after update can't import or update orders BigCommerce

My Apps in bigcommerce updated shipstation and now it displays as bigcommerce v3 but I am on v2! I do NOT have the ability to upgrade the store to v3 yet as I have far to many complex products that need to be re-written. how do I fix this?

I get this message 

An error occurred attempting to update orders: Unauthorized : {"message":"Auth error occurred communicating with BigCommerce.","transaction_id":"bbac97a2-72d5-4324-a6e3-18dcde527ab2"

I did not realize updating the shipstation pp would do this. Sadly I cannot add any new orders or update existing ones which ill force me to find an alternative to shipstation if this cannot be resolved with me staying on v2 only.

The app is trying to use v3, but your store is still on v2. You’ll need ShipStation’s help to fix it, or go back to the old app so it works again.
