We currently use Boxify to auto-select packaging (from a limited # of box types, about 20+) in Shopify. This flows into ShipStation using the Notes. In ShipStation, we have the same 20+ boxes configured as custom packaging with the same names.
We have a rule that auto-selects the box type specified in the Shopify order via the notes, and assigns the proper packaging in ShipStation. However, currently the automation rule is "Set Carrier/Service/Package" so we end up having to overwrite the shipping service mapping. We'd like an automation rule like "Set Package" only, so we only affect the packaging type (especially useful for us who use custom packaging).
