I have a feature request to add additional automation rule options. We have a regular customer who we ship via FedEx Ground Collect and would also prefer to not be notified by email when their orders ship.
The shipping account actions have options for selecting different accounts or 3rd party but nothing for FedEx Ground Collect.
Also in the Shipment Notification actions we can select between different template options but there is no option to select 'Don't Send Email'.
This is causing us to have to do multiple extra steps for this specific customer.
