You used to be able to see "Requested Service" just below tracking number when you opened an order from within the Shipments tab. It's gone now under the new version. I utilized this information to double check our shipper's work during training. Now it's gone, and the solution I was given is to toggle back and forth between the order/shipment screen, which is super inefficient. Would love to see this brought back.

I agree, We use this to spot check our shipping teams work, and to review our marketplace shipping templates. It is helpful to know what service the customer paid for. Our shipping team is great, but a system of checks and balances has helped on days when someone has a mental fog and makes a few mistakes.
