We currently have customers responding to the autogenerated tracking email by ship station. I have since added a do not reply note in the template but I feel as this system could be improved. If there are no plans for these emails to be viewable by our company adding "donotereply" to the beginning of the email address ship station creates would be beneficial, as it will make it even more clear to the recipient. Otherwise if there was the capability it would be nice that the reply emails could be forwarded to another address that the company does have access to, avoiding missed communications and frustrations on the customers end.
