I would like to suggest and additional function to help satisfy ever growing concerns regarding Data Protection and the holding of personal data.

We are required to only hold customer information for a period of 6 months but apparently, the only way to delete this old data is to e-mail support and request this which is messy and requires help from you.

If you could add a function to do this, it would enable each user to tune the removal of data in line with their internal guidelines or customer requirements.

It looks like the fact you could not delete orders or shipments was raised in April 2022 but obviously no progress has been made since then.
