Feature Request - Add Non-machinable Option to Letters using Presets

We ship a high volume of letter mail, and many of them need a non-machinable surcharge. 

Previously, this charge was the same price as adding one more ounce of weight to a letter, so it was an easy workaround. As of the recent postage change however, they are no longer the same price, and we have no way to add the non-machinable surcharge using presets, which is becoming very inconvenient when dealing with a high volume.

Basically, it looks like we need the "Other Shipping Options" to be added to the preset menu.
