Feature Request - Customize Columns on Orders and Shipments Grids

On the current Orders grid, we have the ability to customize the columns to include order details such as Item Sku, Custom Field 1-3, Tags, etc.  But once orders have been shipped, these fields are no longer available for display when customizing columns in the Shipments grid.  I am requesting that ALL order attribute fields be made available when customizing columns in both the Orders and Shipments grids.  Specifically, I want to include Item Sku, Custom Field 1-3 and Tags as additional columns displayed in the Shipments grid.
