Our carrier (Parcel Force) will only send email/sms tracking updates if we manually check both boxes when shipping an order.

It would save way more time if we could set up an automation so that every Parcel Force order had these x2 boxes checked automatically (rather than having to select them both on every parcel)

I definitely see why you would want to have those notification options pre-selected! I'll move this over to our ideas section so you can gather support for this feature request via kudos from other community members 🙂
