Import order weight as pounds, not ounces.

Our CSV file we download has weights in pounds rather than ounces. None of our orders are so small as to have weights in ounces. However, the only way to map the weight is in ounces and so our order weights don't ever import correctly into the system. We would like to recommend allowing the choice of whether we want to map the weight as pounds or ounces.
