Include Priority Flat Rate Envelope as a Shipping Method in Rate Shopper

Sometimes an item can fit into a flat rate envelope and can also be shipped as a ground package. Need a way to compare the rates between ground advantage and priority flat rate envelope. Currently there is no way to select package type in rate shopper.
