So far we love all the changes at ShipStation. I will like to suggest for the internal notes to be undeleted. When we are assisting our customers, each person who touch the order needs to enter a note, time and date of what was done within the order. Unfortunately, that notes are not recorded meaning anyone can go back edit and delete them as well. For quality control will be great for us as a company to be able to keep track of those notes.
