This suggestion only applies to international shipping.
It would be nice for the shipping service dropdown to either:
a) highlight available services for the selected address
b) hide irrelevant services for the address
This is already coded and working when you click on the calculator, but if an employee doesn't click on the calculator to ship then they will not know this. There are plenty of options in the dropdown menu that are not available/relevant to ship to certain international locations.
Example: Shipping to a South African address, we can select UPS International (ground) from the dropdown and see no rates, but we don't know why. Turns out that shipping to South Africa only has 3 options available from UPS, and only if we click the calculator icon can we see which shipping services apply.
