A few suggestions below
- add the shipment status to the invoice - super helpful for combined and split orders
- highlight the shipping method within the order (so it stands out) ie Overnight, International and 2-Day
- when printing a combined order all shipments print, including the ones that have already shipped (this causes waste and inefficiency)
