New
It would be nice if there were a status to indicate that the order is actively being picked. The trigger would be once the Pick slip or Packing slip was printed off. This would help Customer Service know that the order is past the point of being edited for the customer. It would also be nice for the customer to see that it's being worked on if you wanted to give that kind of visibility.
