I was advised by Mike. R. that there was a recent workflow change.

 

Example: Employee has an order with 100 items, 50 have been scanned, 51st item is scanned and its incorrect. Scanning is now deactivated and can no longer continue to scan the correct items after that. What i was advised is that you need to refresh the page, therefore LOSING all the 50 correct items you scanned and needing to reverify EVERY single item, even though it could've been just 1 item. This is absurd, ridiculous, and clearly whoever is programming and making these workflows has NO idea how shipping bulk orders work.
