Currently customers using the returns portal via mobile don't get a courier label to print and there is no email sent to them automatically with courier label. It would be much better if the returns portal automatically sent an email to customer with instructions and courier label once RMA is generated by themselves. Currently 80% of our customers use mobile for website so returns portal is not usable
