Risk score system for shipping destinations

Would it be possible for Shipstation to implement some kind of risk score system that will show the score for every single shipment? This will help make a decision to require a signature for a shipment or not. Quite often package thievery is very localized problem and could be mitigated to a point by requiring a signature for a high risk areas while not causing too much trouble for other customers by asking everybody for a signature. This will require Shipstation to collect some information about problematic addresses but if there are services assessing the risk involved with online commerce orders, why not to introduce something for shipping related issues. I guess other sellers could mark some shipments as "problematic" and a database of such locations collected by Shipstation would benefit other senders through this anonymized risk score system. It's a longshot, but maybe something worth considering.
