In the dropdown for Shipping Services, the order of the carriers seems to be arbitrary (in our case, UPS, USPS then FedEx). While we do use automations and rules to automatically apply shipping services to our orders, we modify orders with USPS far less often than we do UPS and FedEx and would like it to be at the bottom of that list.
We have a special use case where we will upgrade a customer's shipping for free utilizing FedEx's OneRate services, but we will also bounce between using UPS or FedEx for regular orders depending on which is cheaper so having those two carriers broken up by USPS is rather annoying.
