Customer email notification shipment created not getting sent out

Hi any one else having this ongoing issue that Customer email notification (shipment created) not getting sent out but the delivered one does we just get an error after creating every label

Have you verified your sending domain?

the delivery notification goes out  but not the label created we get this error after every label

Got it, I would post up a support ticket on that or open a chat session with support. Unless others have had the same issue. / Take care !

Hi we use ODBC integration and when we do a manual order the notification gets sent out
