After eBay upgrade for shipstation

Anyone else eBay orders missing pics when they come through to ship station didn't have

Same.  Apparently it says this on the bottom of the integration guide, which I did not read all the way to the bottom until now.  My employee hates the new integration & we have switched back.

Yes, after upgrade the pics for ebay order items are missing....stupid!

any update on a fix just getting annoying  for the shippers to log into eBay to see the pics of some of the  items 

that the pics arent syc through with the new ebay update they had on shipstation few weeks back

Hi @ozie27280, 

I get where you are coming from and can imagine the inconvenience.  I was notified that there was an update pushed out to address this. You will need to reconfigure/ reauthorize the connection for the changes to apply. I have added an article below for review if needed.
