When an Amazon order has a promotional discount, it's not showing in ShipStation so when we bring it into our ERP, it shows as the full retail amount and brings it the wrong deposit for that order which we then have to manually fix every time.
I would like all Amazon orders to come in with a discount line item if applicable. In the order notifications that we get from Amazon, this is included, but we'd appreciate it if that would also carry into ShipStation.
