CA does not mean Canada

Dear ShipStation, When pasting a California (CA) address, the rate tool thinks it's a Canada address and auto edits the address. Could you please fix it to not do that? Thanks!

...shouldn't the logic first be looking at the zip code (to determine country/location)?
