I voided a USPS label on September 23 through ShipStation.
I get an e-mail from the USPS that they made an adjustment on this label on November 14 and ShipStation charged me (minus the .42 adjustment) on November 15.
ShipStation passed the responsibility and had me file an Adjustment Dispute Request with the USPS which was denied.
How and why am I being charged for a voided label? That label has been null and void for nearly 2 months. Why isn't Shipstation doing anything about this? I am trying to receive a refund for this charge. Any help would be much appreciated.
