Customs forms are very slow when there are multiple products in an order

In V3, if an order has several items, the customs form UI for international orders is very slow and laggy. Adding/removing item declarations hangs up the interface.

I wanted to ask some clarifying questions about the behavior you are describing. Are you seeing this happen on ALL on orders with any multiple items (2 and up) or more so on larger orders?

We were seeing it with all orders, but it recently seems to have improved. Were some changes released?
