Delivery Trigger in Zapier
It would be incredibly helpful if ShipStation could add a "delivery made" trigger in Zapier. Many businesses, like ours, use CRMs to follow up with customers post-delivery, but it’s currently time-consuming to manually check when a package is delivered.
With a Zapier trigger for delivery confirmation, we could automate CRM workflows by creating tasks to call recipients or sending personalized follow-up emails. This feature would save time, improve efficiency, and help businesses provide exceptional post-delivery service.
