Dropship Manager Quantity change

I am using Dropship Manager to send orders to my factory to drop ship directly to my customer.

My factory habitually has over/under runs, and we ship and bill the customer for the true amount, often different than the ordered amount.

Is there any way for my factory to change the quantities of the items to reflect the true amount being shipped on the packing slip printed from shipstation?

Regarding your question, if I understand you correctly, you want to edit the shipment details before the order ships. Once a shipment has been submitted to a 3PL and is in Pending Fulfillment status, it can't be edited on the merchant's end. Depending on their workflow, they could potentially edit the item counts before delegating the shipment to their fulfillment provider.
