You should not need this as each shipment is in transmitted to UPS. If you have the little gift box at the bottom of your label i believe that means no manifest or end of day required.
For our end of day shipments (from UPS worldship) we don't use them anymore either. The shipments seem to be transmitted after an hour or automatically.
