Fastest/ Cheapest Shipping Option

Hello. Recently, our ShipStation was updated, and they changed the layout for shopping shipping rates. Ours used to show all the shipping rates and had them listed in ascending order. So once the rates load, we normally choose one of the top options unless we need to use a specific shipping service. 

Now with the new update, there is a "Fastest" and "Cheapest" option that has automatically been added to the list. It takes longer to pop up on the screen and slows down processing orders. I can't find how to disable this new function in settings, and I would like to find a solution. Thanks for any help!
