Feature request: AMEX (American Express) payment method for Canada

Canadian accounts don't support American Express (AMEX) as a payment method. This is critical for my business to continue with shipstation. Please add support ASAP!

I completely agree, amex is a must for a lot of businesses here.

As I've posted before previously:

American Express cards acceptance Canada 

I agree too, been thinking of switching to ShipStation from Canada post in the past year, but not accepting AMEX is a deal-breaker. Our business partners and associates will definitely consider using ShipStation if they added this feature.

I'm sure AmEx acceptance for the Canada website in general would be highly beneficial for both parties.  I hope you guys can consider it.

Thank you for your post in the community! I apologize for any confusion caused by the lack of communication. As of June 2024, this functionality is available. We’re in the process of updating the Help Center article to reflect that American Express can now be used for setting up or updating payments. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
