Hello, I would like to know if it’s possible for ShipStation to send email notifications to our customers when a failed delivery occurs. This feature would greatly help customers be informed that a delivery attempt was made and that they need to contact UPS or FedEx to reroute the order or ensure they are available for the next delivery.
Currently, ShipStation only sends confirmation and delivery emails based on the store's email notification template. Is there a way to implement notifications for failed deliveries?
