Thank you for posting in the community! ShipStation treats Orders and Shipments as fundamentally different. As a result, information specific to a Shipment (like tracking numbers or carrier fees) can only be exported through a Shipments export. Item names are unique to Orders and don’t appear in the Shipments grid.
