Locked out of my account

My account is locked out because I unsuccessfully I tried too many times to add funds.  How am I supposed to do anything if I can't log back in.  This customer support sucks.

got my account locked out and the person on email cant give me any details and recommends to use USPS directly.

Never had such a terrible experience and definitely wont recommend shipstation to anybody
