Having trouble with ShipStation API integration where orders from our e-commerce store aren't importing correctly. Some orders come through fine but others get stuck with incomplete shipping addresses or missing product details.
The API connection works and we can pull order data manually, but the automated sync keeps failing on certain order types. Error messages aren't very clear about what's wrong. Need someone who knows ShipStation API to help debug this.
Need a couple of hours of help to fix the order import issues. Have to get this working by Thursday since we have a big shipping day coming up.

Hi,
I have worked with ShipStation API quite a bit and those sync issues usually come down to field mapping or data validation problems.
The incomplete addresses often happen when the API expects specific formatting that your e-commerce platform sends differently. Same goes for product details - ShipStation can be picky about SKU formats and variant data.
